If you need help with the app, subscriptions, your account or your data, you can reach us by email:

Please include the email address you use in Pafill and, if possible, a short description of the issue and screenshots. This helps us answer more quickly.

Your data & privacy

Pafill is a personal budgeting app. We store your budgeting data (expenses, savings, goals, limits) securely so that it stays backed up and linked to your account.

You can delete your account and budgeting data at any time in the app by going to Settings → Delete Account. This removes your account and related records instantly from our primary database.

Quick help

  • Can’t log in?

    Make sure you are using the same email or Apple / Google account you used to sign up. If you forgot your password, use the “Forgot password” link on the login screen to receive a reset email.

  • App is not syncing or looks empty?

    Check your internet connection and try restarting the app. If the issue continues, contact us with a short description of what you were doing.

  • Notification reminders not working?

    Open iOS Settings → Pafill → Notifications and make sure notifications are allowed. You can also turn daily / weekly / month-end reminders on or off in the app settings.

Subscriptions & billing

  • Pafill Premium is managed entirely by Apple via In-App Purchases.
  • You can view, change or cancel your subscription in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone.
  • If you have questions about charges or refunds, please contact Apple Support, as payments are processed by Apple.

  • Platform: iOS (iPhone)
  • Minimum supported iOS version: 17
  • If you report a bug, it helps to include your iOS version and device model (e.g. iOS 18.1, iPhone 14).
